Voices From Iraq
Moqtada Sadr on Donald Rumsfeld:
"May God damn you. You said in the past that civil war would break out if you were to withdraw, and now you say that in case of civil war you won't interfere."
OK, Rummy, which is it? I recall you saying there would be a civil war if the US forces left, but now that it's started in Iraq, what are the US forces going to do about it? It's a nasty slice of cake, no matter how you cut it.
To top things off, Condi's talking about a cold war with Iran. That means they get nukes and the US just lumps it.
And thus we see what befalls of adventures into the jungle. Starts off nicely enough, and then Kurtz says, "The horror! The horror!" and drops dead.
Watch out.
